Report
Between 1971 and 1983 Randy Kraft murdered young men, mostly in Southern California, often leaving bodies along freeways. He was caught in 1983 at a routine traffic stop when officers found a victim's body in his car. Inside they also discovered a coded list with dozens of entries, believed to be a record of his crimes. In 1989 he was convicted of 16 murders and sentenced to death.
